Well, nothing to add, nothing less, everything is in line with the offer. Richly furnished house. I recommend Vinkovi Dvori. We've been to Croatia once, but now we know that we couldn't have had a better apartment. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped (there was simply everything (what your heart desires) for everyone a set of towels, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, iron, hair dryer, ice maker, grill, air conditioning in every room, tableware table and kitchen well equipped), perfect for our 8-person team. House in a quiet area with a small garden with figs and herbs (lots of greenery). We received more than we expected .... The hostess was very nice and discreet. Vlasta welcomed us with cold drinks and a regional basket with fruit, bread, ham, cheese and bread, which after a 14-hour journey in the car spoiled our palates. We spent most of the time on the nearby beautiful and atmospheric small beach (access as described, as for us only on the first day, seemed to be a bit of a pain for us - but it was tiredness after the trip, we had to admire the terrain every next exit) and visiting the Biokowo observation deck , Split, Omis or Dubrovnik. And in the evenings on the wonderful covered spacious terrace, where we ate, grilled and had a good time with a glass of delicious wine provided by Vlasta. I won't mention dancing on the terrace yet. The afternoons passed by for a bath in a jakuzza. Thank you Vlasta for the time and atmosphere at Vinkovi Dvori - you were always ready to help us and you answered all questions immediately. We spent our holiday in Pisak for the first time this year. Villa Vinkovi Dvori, not one could have imagined it until he really got there, that there really is privacy. Thanks to the rich greenery around the villa, there is a very good climate and you feel really good there. You can enjoy the sun on the beach, here you can relax on the large terrace in the shade. The villa is very well equipped. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Rooms are spacious, clean. We were very pleased with the large fireplace, where we grilled several times. In Pisak we were also carried away by the beaches, they are smaller, so you will find your peace there. The sea was clear for 14 days and what we liked the most was that there are beautiful rocks right next to the beach, one felt like in a lagoon. Last but not least, we must also thank the owner, who was very helpful and communicative. I don't think we were in Pisak for the last time. We thank you for everything.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing experience! The accommodation is very spacious. The outside is very beautiful with lots of greenery (we were also encouraged to collect the fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden). Everything is very well thought through. The host was very welcoming. She took great care of us. She made sure that we always felt our best. Sent us weather forecasts (when a big storm was coming in) she also sent us some additional useful information. Lastly, our little girl had her birthday during the stay and we were surprised by a wonderful cake which was such a sweet touch on top of everything. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful house in the green hills of Pisak, undisturbed by neighbors. The house is sourrounded by all kind of trees; olives, apples and figs. Vlasta, the owner is thankful for picking and consuming tomatoes, apples and figs in the garden. The two apartment house, separated on two floors, each with 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen cpl. was perfectly opened for us 6. The upper floor has a very long balcony with a wonderful view to the sea, a great place for the sunset and evening wine. The grand roofed patio gives a good place and space for all for a long breakfast, stop by from beach or dinner. There is also a very good working BBQ place with wood coal and wood prepared, we have tested. All looks and is very modern. The feeling is always, absolutely nothing is missing in this house. All expectations are like the in advance, of the holidays shown website photos. By the way, Vlasta was very helpful, with a tip for a good butcher, where to park in Split for day tour… Thanks again. The beach, some stairs downward (5 min) is a nice little bay, sourrounded by some rocks to sit, enjoy and relax, with crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, also for our kids. By the way, the kids enjoyed (coming from the beach) to jump into the whirlpool. To reach the nice little center of Pisak, it is just 15 – 20 min work, with a floodlit church, some small alleys and a very good fish restaurant directly at the port. Thanks, we had had a great week there in August 2019.

We spent magical two weeks at Villa Vinkovi dvori. Vlasta is a lovable person who always helped us when we had any questions. We were well received, and during the rest we felt very comfortable. The area is calm, and the charming beach is near the house. The house is spacious, nicely furnished and very well equipped. We did not miss anything during the trip, and the views from the terrace are breathtaking. The terrace and jacuzzi were a wonderful place to spend pleasant evenings. You can fall in love here, I highly recommend it!

We have just returned from an amazing and unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The interior and the surroundings are fully equipped, well designed, top quality, tidy & comfortable. The clean beaches are just in a short walk distance on the steps (174 steps, I counted :) ). The terrace and the jacuzzi provided perfect relaxing hours every day for the whole family. The kids enjoyed the playroom very much and spent hours every day there when returned from the beach. And last but not least: Vlasta\'s hospitality is great and unmatched to anything we experienced before. Thank you Vlasta again, we will return shortly

We were 16 days in (Vinkovi Dvori) and had a very nice time there. The house is very nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is beautiful. But also the garden and the terrace are great. Even from the hot tub you have a great view of the sea. The way to the bay is very pleasant with stairs. In less than 5 minutes on foot you are on the crystal clear sea. Gorgeous! The kids had a lot of fun in the games room and in the jacuzzi. Vlasta is a great, helpful Hostess. Even before booking and also on site, she was always available and answered quickly. If we come back to this area, we would book the house again immediately.

I confirm the opinions of predecessors, everything as it should be. On the place is all over what a man wonders whether to take in case. Kitchens very well equipped, bathrooms clean, whole house in very good condition. Fantastic place for families with children! Terrace with a large table (for 6-8 people), all in good standard. The view from the floor was amazing, we were horrified by the stairs, as we always found out that not so bad. Both the two-year-old and his grandfather coped without any problem and four times a day. About 100 meters to beautiful Adriatic sea. 10 minutes to supermarket and shop with fresh vegetables. We stayed in this apartments with two families with kids. Very quiet place. Also house owner is a very friendly girl. When we had questions or problems , we just call her and all has been resolved.

Maybe I'll start from the owner - Vlasta is very nice, warm, helpful and patient person. Great contact and many recommendations from her regarding travel, places to visit, caffe, etc. Stay of 10 days. We were in the first half of September and the weather cool (about 30 degrees or more from the very morning - only two days a little worse) Photos from really reflect what we found. Apartment in very good standard, clean and spacious. We stayed on the bottom (4 Adults + 2 year old child) and not complained about the lack of space Beautiful, well-kept garden, which used Favors (figs, cherry tomatoes every day we had for breakfast, we were able to eat a few almonds, and of lots of rosemary - the grill as he. 2-3 times grillowaliśmy (big barbecue) Beaches chamber (the only minus is the descent - some steps you need to overcome, but the child in her arms and there was no problem) Items can safely be left between scheduled lunch specials Very good spot to Split, Dubrovnik and Bosnia. I would recommend Makarska shopping and possibly food "on the town" a lot cheaper than Omis. The building turned out to be an oasis of peace and security for the whole family, especially children. All situated seaside towns offer countless atrakacje (eg. Parasailing, boat ride) that are sure to stay long in our memory. The apartment is really cozy and clean. Great device, functionality and comfort allow you to feel at home. It is important that the owner took care of every little item that would be needed during your stay. All the details and the details, such as. Chopped wood for the grill, washing buckles or bows decorated with towels waiting for the guests, made that this place seemed perfect. Impressed us a beautiful terrace surrounded by lush vegetation, where we spent every moment enjoying the beautiful view of the sea.
