Payment and terms

Reservation: It is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the final cost. Reservations are concluded exclusively on receipt of confirmation from the US. The rest is paid on arrival. Guest is required to check out no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure Guest can apply to the apartment from 13:00 pm on day of arrival In case of delay longer than 4 hours the reservation is canceled, and we reserve the right to issue the apartment (unless you notify us in a timely manner via e-mail). Reservations can be canceled via e-mail and at least 45 days before the reserved date, in which case you return the advance.
Residential tax is included in price.

The studio is clean, tidy and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant vacation. there are enough dishes, glasses, kitchen towels, towels, and all other essential little things that make the stay more pleasant... the bed is the most comfortable of all the apartments we have stayed in so far. peaceful and quiet environment. close to the beach, center and shops. secured parking. dear and kind hosts! pure 10!

Pleasant hosts!

The apartment is clean and equipped with covered parking. The hosts are very pleasant and accommodating, Lolić beach is 5 minutes from the apartment, great for families because of the calm sea and lots of natural shade. Highly recommended!

From 08.07.-14.07.2022. stayed with her husband and granddaughter in the apartment. All praise for the accommodation, parking, and most of all for the beautiful terrace. Fantastic!

Great stay

Praise itself can be given for the accommodation we had. We were greeted by a spotlessly clean apartment. The apartment is very close to shops, beach and center. It has air conditioning and a large terrace that is in the shade. The hosts are extremely kind, approachable and considerate people! We will definitely be back if there are opportunities.

It was fantastic to stay at Jurica\'s apartment: - clean and nice smelling rooms; - TV with a lot of channels (in Polish as well); - Jurica, who is very nice guy, and his mother of course! I would recommend these apartments for people looking for peace, with children.
