The apartment house is located in the nice town of Pirovac, only about 280 meters (3 minutes) from the main pebbly beach Lolić, which received the Blue Flag and is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Northern Dalmatia. It offers accommodation in two new, high-quality and modern apartments for two to four people. The smaller apartment is a comfortable studio apartment. The apartments are also equipped with a mosquito net, so your stay will be more pleasant. The apartments have a separate entrance separate from the host's entrance and each has its own balcony. The hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment is very important to us. Each apartment has its own parking space. Apartments have air conditioning in every room. The house is located in a peaceful and quiet street above the pebble beach of Lolić and a pine forest and is an ideal place for a family holiday. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the building.

For stays of less than 4 nights, the price is increased by 30%. The reservation is confirmed after an advance payment of 30% to the home owner's account. We are happy to attach the first evaluation for the 2024 season. There is nothing left but to confirm all the positive evaluations of previous years. We definitely didn't miss anything and we were completely satisfied with everything. Pleasant apartment, in an absolutely quiet location, furnished with everything you need, close to the beach and especially clean. We honestly think that the price of this accommodation is definitely more than fair. Those looking for a peaceful vacation without tourists will be satisfied in Pirovac. Despite the high temperatures, our stay was very successful and our hosts deserved it no less, for which we thank them once again. We would love to go back there again.

We have not experienced the hospitality we experienced at Mrs. Marija and Mr. Stefan anywhere else in these thirty years of summer vacations. Very hospitable and warm people. You have the feeling that you have come to visit old friends. Very nice apartment, modernly decorated and fully equipped. Proximity to the famous Lolić beach, only a 4-5 minute easy walk. For the hosts, Mario and Stefano, praise is in order. Real hosts, cordial, warm and kind. You don't feel like a guest, but like you've come to visit some dear people or relatives. Although we only rented an apartment, when we arrived, we were greeted with breakfast and coffee, and one day the hosts prepared a cake, which surprised us. The apartment is neat and clean. Good location and accommodation facilities. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the coast and a pleasant walk directly to the center, which also took us only a few minutes. It is super relax with air conditioning, TV, kitchen when you want to cook and rest after a day trip or swimming in the sea. The helpful owners recommended trips and places that were worth seeing. Everything under one roof. I definitely recommend!

Highly recommended, the apartment was very nice, clean and tastefully decorated. The morning coffee on terrazzo never tasted as good as there, in such a beautiful setting by an olive tree. From the apartment to the beach it is only a short walk through a nice pine forest about 5 minutes. The beach is beautiful and there is a pine forest along its entire length, which helps to hide from the sun. In the small town, there are nice cafes and excellent restaurants with local specialties at every turn. I would pay the greatest attention to the lady and the landlord and their daughter. They are very cordial, friendly and always optimistic people who will help, advise and welcome you even when sitting together at sunset, which is truly magical. We definitely want to go back there, because finding such a beautiful environment and such perfect people is not easy. GREAT HOLIDAY. PS BFF

We recommend. So far the most beautiful place in Croatia that we have visited. Pirovac is a small, quiet town with excellent services. We met nice and welcoming hosts here. I also recommend it for families with children. The apartment was large with a separate bedroom, clean and air conditioned to jump from the sea. Sea warm and clean, the whole beach in a pine forest, so there is nowhere to hide from the strong sun. We will definitely be back. The best vacation in Croatia

We were in the third place for the third time. We were with friends from Austria who loved it here last year. The apartments are very clean and well maintained, very friendly and friendly, willing to deal with shopping and restaurant services. Due to the fact that the pensioners were comfortable with the proximity of the beach and the observance of the night's rest in the given location. The apartment newly refurbished, tastefully furnished, adequately equipped looks like in the photo. More has a gradual entrance suitable for children and is really very close, it is no problem to run into the apartment and the beach, with good access to the center where there are shops and restaurants. Conveniently you can also park your car in the courtyard. The home is very kind and cheerful, trying to make the most of the guests. Pleasant holiday, we definitely recommend, we were very satisfied.

We are grateful to the owners of the apartment. The apartment is in our view rated with five stars Because it was spacious, functional, inaccessible mosquito (mosquito nets), the air condition. All this for a minimal price. The walk to the beach with relaxation.
