The apartments are located next to a pine forest and the main beach Lolić. The main beach is 50 meters in front of the house. The center of the town is a few minutes' walk away, which has all the necessary facilities. The spaciousness and simplicity of the space, full of light and sun, with a view of the sea, from the large terraces provide a feeling of positive energy and relaxation. All apartments are air-conditioned. There are two apartments on each floor and each has its own separate external entrance. The apartment for four people has two separate bedrooms (beds 160x200), a large living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed (120x200) if necessary. Apartments for two people have a separate bedroom (bed 160x200), a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as a bed 120x200. The studio apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has two floors. There is a bedroom on the first floor (bed 140x200). On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace.

- The reservation for the apartment is 100 euros. - The remaining amount for the apartment is paid upon arrival at the apartment. - The guest registration is immediately upon the guest's arrival in the apartment. -An extra bed costs 15 euros -Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every seven days. - There is no laundry or towel service - Pets are charged an additional 5 euros (smaller dogs). - If any damage occurs, it should be reported immediately, in order to be compensated in agreement with the owner. - The apartment may only be used by the registered guest in the apartment. - Check-in to the apartment is from 1:00 p.m. (can be earlier if the apartment is ready), and check-out is until 9:00 a.m. - Domestic peace must be respected from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. - House rules are displayed in a visible place in each apartment.
