You should work on the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. A lot of cobwebs and dust, we were greeted by stained and/or dirty dishes. The kitchen does not have the most basic things - a sponge, cloth and dishwashing liquid. The kettle should be cleaned of scale. The bedding is white, but stained or with holes. Forget about getting a good night's sleep, the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Inconvenient access to the parking lot. Friendly hosts.
Middle grief
After 15 years of tourism, we have to be ready for this kind of comment. Everyone has the right to his opinion, but he is not forced to stay in the apartment if he does not like it. We always ask our guests what their impressions were when leaving, and we did not get the impression that she would write such a comment, but that is her right, which we respect. As hosts, after the departure of certain guests, we experience all sorts of things and we often don't have time to fix some things due to the arrival of new ones, but what we can, we clean up and move on.
