Our apartments are fully and modernly equipped and are located in a quiet apartment area of Petrčane within a pine forest. They are located a few minutes walk from the main sandy beach and also a few minutes walk from the stone beach of a more private nature. Petrčane is a small tourist place and everything is at your fingertips, and our apartments are in a great location. The nearest shop is less than 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, the bakery is 2 minutes away, the pharmacy is 10 minutes drive from the accommodation. We offer a choice between three apartments of different capacities. Each apartment has air conditioning and heating.

After agreeing on the period and the apartment you want to book, we send you an offer with the expressed number of accounts and the calculation of the advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total number of stays. You make an advance payment to that account, when you have paid the advance payment, we will contact you back with a confirmation of the reservation of our apartments. Different payment methods are possible (even in several installments before the stay)
Residential tax is included in price.Given the situation with the COVID-19 epidemic and all the restrictions it carries, we have decided to relax the current cancellation policy. We will refund the advance payment if you cancel 14 days before arrival at the facility.

Rocky beach The price includes one parking space per apartment, a welcome drink, use of bicycles, use of yard baking and shower and air conditioning and all taxes and fees. The dog is charged depending on the size and breed, but up to 10 € per night.
