The owner of Mirela welcomed us very cordially. The apartment is very nicely furnished and has everything you need for a family with two children. It is equipped with a heart, which you feel about small details. We really liked our own terrace in front of the apartment. The beach is very close to the apartment, which has many shades and crystal clear sea. The owners are extremely friendly and very discreet. You really feel right here as a real guest. Excellent location of apartments. Sea crystal clear for a minute or two walk. Along with the coast of various enchantments for children and adults. It is located in the middle between the Hotel Pinija and the Falkensteiner complex, so everything is at your fingertips. A wonderful place to run and ride a bike. Terrace in an ideal position for enjoying morning coffins and drinks with drinks. Secure parking in the yard. There are so many more to discover, so we'll definitely come back to the event. My husband and 8 year old son for the first time this year we vacation spent Petrčani. It is a beautiful and quiet coastal town, where there are many opportunities for walking and sitting along the coast. Studio apartment Karla, where we stayed, was well equipped, but otherwise it gives added value flat terrace and proximity to the sea. Very pleasant we feel also for good reception and discretion of the owners. Gladly we will return! Thank you again, dear Mirela!

Pleasant and practical studio for a family with a small child. It has everything you need for a vacation including air conditioning, TV and kitchen. In front of the studio there is a small terrace with efficient sun protection and a swing under the palm tree. Quiet street with no traffic. The beach is 1 min walk away with plenty of shade and landscaped places to enter the sea. A modest cafe bar with ice cream on the beach itself (not too loud). Large shop (working from 7am to 2pm every day) at 5min easy walk. Town center 10 min walk to the sea. Beaches with additional amenities (pizza, massage, volleyball, trampolines, various playgrounds etc.) at the other end of the place (approx. 20 min walk) at Hotel Pinija. Great location for those with small children. Hosts are very dear and helpful. Kinderbet themselves offered to set the accommodation price. I strongly recommend

The apartment is nice, the owners are friendly, helpful. Even the place itself is nice, tidy and clean. The beach is 2 minutes walk. Definitely recommend.

Good accommodation, friendly owners, quiet environment, very close (half a minute walk) pebble or concrete beach with shade, the possibility of a very long and pleasant walks along the coast (with good ice cream) with no traffic to the center of Zadar, about 20 minutes drive, where each evening enjoy in the city center. We were here for the second time and again, we liked it here. The house is situated in the outskirts quieter area of ​​the store but eventually the restaurant is a 10 minute walk so no problem. The center is 500 m along the promenade which is also a pleasant walk. The owners are willing to youngish couple and is arranging anything without problems. We were here with the dog and everything went fine. Parking is solved under the pergola in the backyard. The apartment has everything you need.
