The apartments are located in the center of the tourist resort Punta Skala, 2 minutes walk to the first beach. Tourist resort Punta Skala is located next to Petrcan, a small fishing village with a long tourist tradition with extremely clean sea, beautiful natural beaches and lots of greenery. ideal for a pleasant family vacation. The beach is pebbly in one part, with stone slabs in the other, and sandy in a small bay - very suitable for children. Once one of the most beautiful nudist resorts on the Adriatic and now, among the beautiful natural rocks gives the guest the opportunity to find their hidden cove for pleasant sunbathing and swimming. Just a few steps from the apartment there is a restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner. In the same building there is a very well equipped supermarket, children's playroom, sauna and fitness center.

Rocky beach The kitchen is equipped with utensils for preparing and serving food and drinks, cutlery, and kitchen appliances - refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle. The kitchen is connected to the living room where there is a sofa bed for one adult or two. The kitchen and living room are air conditioned. The apartments have two separate bedrooms where there is a double bed for two people (4 adults in total). Rooms are air conditioned. Bathrooms are modernly decorated, with shower, hairdryer, Each apartment has its own terrace. Access by car to the building is excellent - for each apartment provided 1 parking space. For those who like running, walking, cycling and the like, there is about 5 km in length a very nice promenade that lights up in the evening. Distance from the beach is 50 m, from the swimming pool for adults and children 100 m, from restaurants and supermarkets 40 m. Nearby is a large field with vineyards, where a small restaurant-tavern where you can eat well and drink local wine.

14 years before this we firstly staid at Neda, with a very big friendly company ,including many children. Everybody enjoyed, the comfortable apartments, sheltered beach, the romantic fishing village Petričane, and the sight seeing tours over Croatian. Our children grown up, but we insist to visit Petričane and stay at the Anita’s apartments. We staid in the all apartments, so we can recommend to everyone. They are designed very good, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, close to the beach. The beach is nice, familiar, and clear. We have place for sunbath and to play with children under the shade of threes. We had discovered this area on the see by the jet sky and sail boat, on the air by parasailing, and under the water. We often took short excursions to Zadar, Nin, Vir , Borik, Zaton, and longer to island Krk, Plitvice lakes, and many historical cities dawn to Dubrovnik. During this time we had experiences, but nowadays we would like to relax on the beach in the daytime, and enjoy each other in culinary skills with our hosts at the evening. They always help us to find a boat, a restaurant, doctor , accommodation for our friends, and any other. The nice and safety environment is important for us, so, this summer we are going to Anita’s apartment again.

The location is perfect for families with kids. Apartments are located near the seaside (3 min walk) with crystal-clear water and clean beaches. The rooms are big enough with comfortable beds and nice furniture, which adds to the design of the place. All amenities are included, namely Wi-Fi, hot and cold running water. The kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook delicious food and the balcony suits great for evening talks. The owners managed to provide high-level service. Our family will be happy to come back again and again!

The apartments are located in a quiet area, very nice, fully equipped, so you really have a sense of warmth, near about 40 meters there is a supermarket, restaurant, cafe, pastry, homemade bakery. More immediately in front of the house (by the sea), very clean and clear, the ideal temperature. Ms. Neda's housekeeper to ask for, with his family living in one apartment, so it is always available to guests, unobtrusive and yet present for any advice (buy fresh fish, vegetables, restaurant recommendations ...). I must stress that we were pleasantly surprised gift jars of local honey of her mother, and eco vegetables from her garden. She recommended us a wonderful trip to Long Island, beach Saharun, something memorable. In the evening we went to Pag and Zadar is only 15 minutes by car - Greeting sun - magnificent. The apartment we felt as guests but as friends, which will certainly come back again. From heart THANK YOU !!!

The apartment is very nice, decorated with style, without unnecessary decoration, very well equipped and maintained. The rooms are nice and airy, the cupboards there is enough space for personal items, and at night is a good and peaceful sleep because the rooms are air-conditioned and sound very well insulated. The kitchen is superbly equipped with all you need. Stove has four rounds, and has an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, sandwich toaster, large fridge, plenty of room in the freezer, but it is very important to me and has a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern and clean. The beach is nearby apartments about 30 m, there is a lot of shade, and so clear waters have not yet seen. The hosts were unobtrusive but always available for whatever we needed, from recommendations for fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, trips to Nin and Zadar, beautiful islands in the vicinity, Krka National Park, Plitvice National Park, Velebit National Park .. . Certainly we will come back again and recommend to our friends.

For the second year I stayed in the apartment Anita - Punta Skala (Summer 2015 and 2016). The more you write - to say but I will return again. We are a family with two djece.Ovdje come for three years in Germany. Every year we are delighted with the first line with the hospitality of Neda and her family. The apartment is super neat and clean and the whole surroundings around the building. All the way you everyone imagines your vacation: peace, quiet, close to the sea, the host of services at a high level. In the second year we are again here.

We are a young couple with 3 month old baby so we chose this apartment because of it\'s peaceful environment, small distance from Zadar and because it is really close to the beach. It was everything we expected, the apartment is very well equipped, clean, with nice terrace where we spent most of the days and evenings. Because of promenade along the beach that is just 40 meters from apartment, it is perfect choice for those who like nice walks (with stroller) & jogging by the sea. The thing that delighted us the most was warm hospitality from miss Neda that surprised us few times with treats from her garden (fresh figs) and her kitchen (we won\'t reveal all the details), plus she was helpful with tips about getting fresh fish, fresh vegetables... We traveled a lot and had a lot of nice hosts but miss Neda made it to the throne of hospitality! We highly recommend it, will be back soon! Željka, Damir & Tia
