The house is located on the island of Pašman, in an oasis of peace, silence and beauty of a typical small Dalmatian town. Three minutes walk to the beach, five minutes to the store. The facility has a large outdoor terrace, barbecue, deckchairs, a swing for rest and a hydromassage tub. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms and three toilets, and a washing machine. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, two rooms have access to a large terrace overlooking the sea, a double bed size 180x200, and the other two rooms have a double bed 160x200, and a view of the forest. There is also one toilet on the first floor. A baby cot is available on request. There are three parking spaces in the yard, as well as the possibility of using an outdoor shower. The house was completely renovated in May 2023. A stay of 10 people is also possible, in which case accommodation is provided for two people in a studio apartment on the same plot, with an additional charge. The studio apartment has a kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom with a shower, TV, air conditioning, and a terrace with a view of the sea.
