Apartments for rent with their own entrance and separate terrace. The price of the apartment is determined by the number of nights, additional discounts depend on the number of guests and length of stay. Fully equipped apartments with kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, stove (oven only in KRALJEVSKA apartment) with complete dishes and cutlery. All apartments have a ceiling fan, a large double bed (160x200) and an extra bed if needed. Each guest receives a towel. Each apartment has bedding for all beds and one parking space for a personal vehicle. IMPORTANT NOTES: - ANIMALS (PETS) ARE NOT ALLOWED Our house is located 5th row from the sea or the beach with small pebbles and a gentle entrance to the sea suitable for small children. Our house is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Mandri. The small town of Mandre is a quiet place ideal for a family holiday with a view of the Paška archipelago and the open sea in the southwest direction. Due to the geographical orientation, there is no danger of strong wind (tornado).

Payment and terms

We grant discounts on the price list depending on the agreed term, length of stay (longer stay - bigger discount). For easier and more precise communication, please send inquiries via the contact form. When you decide to rent, please confirm in writing as soon as possible due to the large number of inquiries. NOTES: - for rentals that last less than 3 nights, a cleaning fee of EUR 30 is charged - the reservation is confirmed by paying EUR 100 per apartment - the payer (lessee) is obliged to pay the rest of the rental amount no later than on the 2nd day from the beginning of the lease - in case of non-arrival of the payer (lessee) ) to the specified rental location no later than the end of the first day of the rental, loses all previously mentioned or agreed rights as a payer (lessee) - collection of the key or the apartment on the first day of the rental is at 2 p.m. at the earliest, returning the key or leaving the apartment on the last day of the rental is at 10 a.m. at the latest hours.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Dear guests! You can cancel the reservation up to 10 days before the start of your rental, regardless of the reason, in order to be entitled to a full refund of the reservation (100 EUR). The request for cancellation of the reservation is submitted exclusively via e-mail: jurja.tkalcevic@gmail.com). Please provide precise instructions for returning the reservation (bank, account number, swift/bic). Due to bank rules, we need the account holder's full address for refund payments.

Unfortunately very old!

doberdan We stayed in Mandre for 4 weeks in July. We were warmly welcomed by Mario for that there are 3 stars Unfortunately, the apartment is no longer in the condition shown in the pictures, she is very old. The sea view is also relative, if you stand in front of the front door you cannot see the sea from the balcony. The WLAN also works only a little, mostly at night and only if you lie on the right side in bed, which is not enough these days. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was large.
