We love to return to the Mandre area. The sea is always clean, along the coast you will find a decent number of bistros, restaurants and ice cream sellers. There is a shop, bakery, pharmacy, bank and gas station nearby. It's quiet in that part of town, if you're looking for entertainment you'll find it a little further down the coast. The apartment is new, with a view of the sea, its own parking lot and superbly equipped, with really comfortable beds and a large terrace. In the spacious kitchen you will find a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom is large and has a washing machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The facility is clean, well maintained and tidy. Descriptions and information about the facility and equipment are the same as in the ad. The apartment owners are always at your disposal, both by phone and by e-mail. They are very friendly and attentive, but not aggressive. Upon arrival, a treat awaits you with a package of coffee capsules, sparkling wine and juice. We are so pleased that we are returning to the same apartment next year.

The apartment is delightful and super equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. For the first time, we received a whole package of coffee capsules from the owners (usually we received several pieces). In addition to the capsule machine, the apartment also has a drip coffee machine. The lady who receives the guest on behalf of the owners is fantastic and very helpful (always smiling), a wonderful woman. Contact with the owners is fantastic (telephone), they are always helpful. I 100% recommend staying in such a wonderful place

We spent such a lovely time in Luxury Iva apartment, so pleasant that after a few weeks we already miss it!! We're in love with Madre, its splendid seafront, its well-kept and flowery streets. A place that simply reaches your heart. And we couldn't have been luckier in finding such a comfortable accommodation. First, the apartment is new, very well furnished and equipped with everything you may need. Beds are very comfortable (we were traveling as a couple, we only used one bed but we guarantee for both), the kitchen is modern and well-stocked, the bathroom is very beautiful and functional and you find also a large sofa and a satellite TV. But we're you'll not feel the need to watch television: it's so nice to enjoy the large and wonderful terrace overlooking the sea that in almost 10 days we decided to go out for dinner only once: we spent our evenings in the silence of the street, sipping some excellent local Malvasia! But if you really want to go out, along the seafront walk you will find a delicious icecream shop and several bistro and restaurants to satisfy every taste. We finally would like to say a few words to thank Iva and Petra, the best hosts you could wish for: they welcomed us with great kindness and were available to provide us with information of all kinds even during our stay; they made us feel more than guests, always with kindness and discretion. Thanks a lot Honestly, we found no negative aspects: we can only recommend a stay at Luxuy Iva Apartment, we are sure you will agree with us!

The apartment is comfortable, cozy, with a very modern interior, a very high level of host service: high-quality furniture, appliances and devices, comfortable beds for sleeping with very high-quality bedding and pillows, discreet lighting..... We prepared our own meals and enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner in the apartment and on the balcony. A beautiful view of the sea from that meticulously furnished large balcony. The very comfortable sofa for sitting and lying on the balcony tempts you to lie down on it and not move... you breathe in the clean sea air and listen to the chirping of birds in the grove right across from the apartment... that green belt along the entire street is full of olive trees , laurel, spruce, cypress and other Mediterranean plants. Neat entrance, marble staircase... In the same street (by the sea) there is a pastry shop with a terrace and delicious ice creams and cups, and a little further down the main street a bistro with a terrace on the very sea cliff with excellent coffee and cocktails. Next to the sea is a promenade of a couple of kilometers, which we used to the maximum in the morning and at the impressive sunset. The swimming season has just started, we were satisfied with just dipping our feet in the small sandy bay. The sea is wonderfully blue, clean, clear. The beach stretches along the entire part of the promenade. if it is not possible to stay near the greenery, a parasol is needed. We felt very, very good during our entire stay in the apartment..,,it clearly emits "positive energy". We recommend!!!!!

Apartment with a beautiful view from the terrace and excellently equipped, new. A quiet street, and everything you need within a 5-minute walk (shop, pharmacy, center, pleasant cafe terrace, pastry shop...). A promenade for strolling or jogging over 10 km... the sea is clear and the beaches are just full with gentle entrances to the sea. Feasting and wonderful vacation
