Osor Musical Evenings
Osor Musical Evenings is an international music festival held annually in July and August in Osor on the island of Cres. The Osor Musical Evenings are dedicated to quality music, featuring concerts of classical, contemporary, and early music. The festival showcases top musicians from around the world, and the program is engaging for all age groups. The festival takes place in the Osor Cathedral, one of the most important cultural monuments in Croatia with exceptional acoustics. The Osor Musical Evenings are a significant cultural event contributing to the preservation and promotion of Croatian musical heritage. The festival attracts numerous visitors from across Croatia and abroad. Over 300 works by Croatian composers have premiered at the festival. Collaboration has been established with various international festivals, including the Festival Castellers de Solsona in Spain, the Festival de Musique d Ete de Saint-Malo in France, and the Festival Musica Riva del Garda in Italy.
