A beautiful and modern little gem located on the Opatija Riviera. The house was recently built so everything is almost like new. The interior design is very beautiful and was designed by my wife Alexandra, an interior designer. One of the most amazing things about this house is the 180 degree view from the terrace of the Kvarner Bay, the Istrian coast and the islands of Krk and Cres. It is simply breathtaking. Photography cannot capture the beauty of the view. Sunrises and sunsets are special, and dinners on the terrace are some of the most beautiful moments of the day. You will sleep like a baby because it is very quiet and pleasant at night and a light breeze comes from the sea at night. All rooms are air-conditioned. It is also important to mention the super comfortable beds in all rooms, and the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and shower on the terrace with a beautiful view. The Opatija Riviera is known for its micro-Mediterranean climate. The towns of the Riviera stretch from the fishing village of Volosko, which is just a few minutes walk from the house, to the beautiful Opatija, which can be reached on foot. One of the things you must enjoy is the Lungomare seaside promenade, about 15 km long. Along the promenade you can find a series of small beaches and small coves where you can swim, dotted with magnificent palaces dating back to the Austro-Hungarian era. The house is about 400 m from several beaches in Volosko. The water is very clean and turquoise blue. Many places on the Riviera are a short drive away and offer many gastronomic experiences. The grocery stores nearby have a wide selection of food including excellent bread, local wines, produce and meat. Top restaurants are also a few minutes walk from the house. The food is incredible, especially the selection of fish. There is a fresh fish and vegetable market nearby.

We spent 15 wonderful days in this beautiful house. The apartment is a miracle, 150 m2 with a huge living room and kitchen, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom which is refreshing and all for only 6 people. Large terrace from which you Kvarnerbucht standing on the palm is a different story. On it no problem, you can sit and enjoy the day. In the apartment, there is that which is phenomenally well equipped. This is something we have not seen, and really a lot of traveling. It must be returned. A big thank family Perinić!

We felt fantastic, I can only recommend this place to everyone. Very comfortable apartment for 4 people. Amazing view from the terrace, we were turned off from everything on this vacation. This apartment has really deserves 5 stars, above all very clean and enough for 5 people. The living room decorated extraordinary, especially interesting is the fireplace in the room where you can also grill ;-). It has its own entrance, which is not often the case with apartments. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in every situation. I would every once in Opatija moves to recommend this property.
