In the center of Opatija there is a new villa Marjanovic. There are two luxury apartments with breathtaking views, a beautiful garden and grill for socializing. With us you can stay without a car because everything is easily accessible on foot: a supermarket, five minutes walk to the beach, disco, casino, bakery, tennis, promenade from Volosko to Lovran and beach where you go without a car. In front of the villas have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, shower and a nice terrace for sunbathing. To our house you have a small children's playground. Apartment 1 has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toil. A terrace with table and chairs. Apartment 2 has a large living room, dining kitchen with island, bathroom with shower, bedroom and a terrace with chairs.

We stayed for a week in this paradise villa and really have nothing to complain about! There you can really totally off. The apartment was very modern and clean and we immediately felt at home. The sea view to one of the pool and apartment is truly unique. The car really do not need as shopping as well as the sea are just around the corner. Particularly sympathetic but we were the owner who received us very friendly and gave us lots of advice. We come again any time!

It was a great holiday in a very nice place Opatija. The luxury villa of Marjanovic family is ordained very modern and with a lot of love and taste. We did not miss anything. We felt thanks very nice and helpful owner very well and relext. The villa has a good location and it's all within walking distance. Opatija is a small and very fine city. It is very clean and has many nightlife options. The Villa Marjanovic is an experience value and definitely recommendable. We would not hesitate to return. We stayed at Villa Marjanovic from 1 to 3.5. this year. We are delighted with the apartment, the environment, the proximity of the center of Opatija. Everything is a few minutes walk away, and shops, and more restaurants. That's all. Beautiful large terrace gives the opportunity for quiet drinking coffee overlooking the promenade. Apartment perfectly clean and tidy. High praise owners! Be sure to come back and recommend it to anyone!

Lp I want to thank the owners of this beautiful accommodation. We were two weeks we feel like in our villa! Accommodation is superbly furnished, the pool is beautiful with a view of the sea, the room have a view of the sea and swimming pool. There's nothing to say but it's wonderful especially since you do not need a car and because you are in the center and on the beach when you stay in this villa. I thank the young and friendly owners who know how to work with people. See you again soon !!!

I can only say that it was wonderful, the landlady came to pick us up in the city, we were welcomed with coffee and drink .... The place is great, perfect apartment, beach and great people ... I was here for three days with my wife but we were so nice that we stayed a day longer and go again for sure !!! Whoever seeks peace and purity that is in the right place! The boss and mistress congratulations !!!!

I can tell you all the best. Dear and kind hosts. In the center of town but the peace and quiet. Everything is nearby, did not need a car. We were two weeks and we will come again, because these apartments are not many, believe me.

Accommodation in a villa Marjanovic is far better than what is shown in the pictures. We had a nice stay in excellent clean and tidy apartment. Rating host of 1-10, for our 10th This accommodation recommend to anyone who wants to Opatija on vacation, there will have a really great vacation with beautiful views of the Kvarner. Good restaurant recommend Rosemary who is 2 minutes away and walk along the coast.

We came from Zagreb and we had an apartment in a villa Marjanovic The apartment is modern furnished with exquisite cuisine, a large television and a huge room we feel better than at home. Look, we had the pool and the sea. What to say, but, beautiful eye and dusu.😃

We spent 11 days in this beautiful house or apartment. Everything is new and very well maintained, very clean and tidy. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The garden and the swimming pool invite you to linger and relax. The house is very centrally located with a great view of the sea, even from your sofa. Everything is accessible by foot. We felt right at home and will be back for sure also. Definitely to be recommended. The best thing we could have been in Croatia. Thank you, dear family Marjanovic!

The apartments are perfectly equipped, neat, clean, home owners pleasant and friendly professionals for their work. Position in Opatija, I think there is no better than this, there really can stay without a car because everything is available in a two minute walk. This is the best we've seen in HR, and travel twice a year.

Absolutely phenomenal facility. Extremely hospitable hosts, positioned in a very attractive location. Apartment A-4, as well as the entire facility is brand new and extremely clean. I sincerely recommend it as a guarantee for a good choice!
