Accommodation units
For reservation of apartments, 30% of the total accommodation price is required to be paid, in case of non-payment the advance is not refunded. The deposit is paid to the owner's bank account. The agreed amount of the total stay in the apartment is payable upon arrival in the apartment. Arrival to the apartment is possible from 2 pm and departure till 10 am . The apartment must be cleaned prior to departure, take the garbage. and if this option does not exist or the apartment is not cleaned properly, a 20 euro cleaning fee is payable Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not accepted. Possibility of discount in agreement with the owner for longer stays.
