After booking, you must pay a part of the amount (upon agreement). The remaining part is paid upon arrival in the apartment. For stays shorter than 4 nights, the price increases by 30%. The ideal time to arrive is after 14 o'clock, and the departure time of up to 10 o'clock, but it is possible to arrange otherwise. Supplement for pets is 5 euros per day. Extra discounts are available for stays of 7 days and longer. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment. It is obligatory to leave a deposit of 100 euros when you arrive at the apartment. The deposit will be refunded upon departure if the apartment has no damage and is left in normal condition. For any information, please feel free to contact us.
