Apartments "MARKO", two apartments, app..OLIVE 4+1 and app. KIWI A2-2 are located on the ground floor of a family house, in a quiet part of town, Mate Balota Street 2 Novigrad Istra. The apartments can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. The apartments are nicely decorated and well equipped. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace with a table and benches in the shade of kiwi and trees so that all guests have their own peace and privacy. App. OLIVE has two bedrooms with double beds, and app. KIWI one bedroom with double bed, both apartments have living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. They are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, safe, TV/clock, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, Wi-fi, equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and utensils and other things for normal living. The house has a landscaped, fenced yard where children can play freely on the grass. There is also a barbecue in the yard, which can also be used freely. The facility is located a 5-minute walk from the beach, and a 15-minute walk from the center of Novigrad.

Beautiful day, we are very happy to recommend this wonderful, cozy and quiet place for a holiday by the sea to everyone. Ms. Zlatka and Dušan are wonderful people and make a wonderful temporary home. We had an amazing time in Novigrad. We stayed there for a week. The apartment was absolutely comfortable for four people. We had everything we needed, everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything is like it is stated in the description. Beds are comfy, the street is calm and quiet. There are (at least) two wonderful beaches close to the house (max. 10-15 min walk). Dusan is a kind and friendly host, we enjoyed every minute of our holiday :) We definitely recommend this apartment! A big thank you again for the Toncic family!

Extremely hospitable owners, cleanliness of the apartment at the level. If you need anything, the owner is always available. The apartment has everything we needed for a nice and carefree vacation. In front of the apartment, a nice shade of kiwi. The sea is suitable for families, the town is a pleasant walk away. We had a great time and will definitely come back again.
