Apartments "MARKO", two apartments, app..OLIVE 4+1 and app. KIWI A2-2 are located on the ground floor of a family house, in a quiet part of town, Mate Balota Street 2 Novigrad Istra. The apartments can accommodate a maximum of 9 people. The apartments are nicely decorated and well equipped. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a terrace with a table and benches in the shade of kiwi and trees so that all guests have their own peace and privacy. App. OLIVE has two bedrooms with double beds, and app. KIWI one bedroom with double bed, both apartments have living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. They are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, safe, TV/clock, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, Wi-fi, equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and utensils and other things for normal living. The house has a landscaped, fenced yard where children can play freely on the grass. There is also a barbecue in the yard, which can also be used freely. The facility is located a 5-minute walk from the beach, and a 15-minute walk from the center of Novigrad.

Advance payment of 30 percent of the rent and a minimum of 50 EUR. The rest of the rent is paid in cash upon receipt of the apartment rental invoice. In the summer season, i.e. from 15 June to 15 September, the apartments are rented preferably from Saturday to Saturday, but it is not a requirement. EXTRAS AND DISCOUNTS, • One-time administrative costs per person on the day of arrival 6 euros. • For one child up to 10 years of age FREE, for the second he pays €10 per day, • Pet, - up to 3 kilograms weighing 7 euros per day, - over 3 kilograms weighing 10 euros per day. • For a stay shorter than 4 days, prices increase by 30%. • Final cleaning 30 euros per stay, • Guests staying in the apartment for more than 13 days are granted a discount in the amount of one seven-day vignette for Slovenian highways (15 euros).
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment paid to the guest cannot be forfeited and is always resolved to mutual satisfaction if the guest cannot arrive at the agreed time or cancels.

We had an amazing time in Novigrad. We stayed there for a week. The apartment was absolutely comfortable for four people. We had everything we needed, everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything is like it is stated in the description. Beds are comfy, the street is calm and quiet. There are (at least) two wonderful beaches close to the house (max. 10-15 min walk). Dusan is a kind and friendly host, we enjoyed every minute of our holiday :) We definitely recommend this apartment! A big thank you again for the Toncic family!

Extremely hospitable owners, cleanliness of the apartment at the level. If you need anything, the owner is always available. The apartment has everything we needed for a nice and carefree vacation. A very tidy, functional and clean apartment with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, to which we will gladly return. We especially noticed the great concern of the owners that the apartment is very nicely decorated and the guests are comfortable. We felt very well because of the warm welcome. The apartment has a pleasant private terrace with the shade of a kiwi, and nearby is a beach with a pine forest where we could also go with the dog.
