Intimate yard of 150m2: Ideal for relaxing by the pool, barbecue or spending time with loved ones. Mediterranean atmosphere: A small garden with an old fig tree and aromatic plants complements the charm of the house. Perfect location: In the heart of the city, near the beach, restaurants, shops and other facilities. Payment and terms
Special discounts for stays longer than 7 days...ask the host. We hold reservations for 48 hours, after which we expect an advance payment of 50%. The ideal time of arrival is after 16:00. Departure by 10:00. The damage deposit is €1,000 and is paid upon arrival at the house. The guest is issued a certificate of receipt of the deposit with the stated conditions of retention and the deadline for returning the deposit if no damage is found.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations 30 days before arrival, we return 100% of the advance payment, 15 days before arrival, 50% of the advance payment, and 7 days before arrival, we keep the full amount of the advance payment.
