Special discounts for stays longer than 7 days...ask the host. We hold reservations for 48 hours, after which we expect a 30% deposit. The ideal time of arrival is after 4:00 PM. Departure by 10:00 AM. The damage deposit is €500 and is paid upon arrival at the house. The guest will be issued a receipt of the deposit with the stated conditions of retention and the date of return of the deposit if no damage is found.
Residential tax is included in price.For cancellations 45 days before arrival, we return 100% of the advance payment, 30 days before arrival, 50% of the advance payment, and 15 days before arrival, we keep the full amount of the advance payment.
