The house is located in a quiet part of the city, at a distance of 240 meters from the sea and less than 5 minutes' walk to the city center. The apartments are equipped with all the necessary equipment and appliances to ensure our guests a comfortable and pleasant vacation experience in our residence. All apartments are air-conditioned and have their own Wi-Fi network. Guests are provided with parking directly in front of the house, and they can freely use the family grill if they wish.

The condition for making a reservation is an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price, while the rest of the amount can be paid directly upon arrival. Upon receipt of the payment or upon presentation of a copy of the payment, we record you in the reservation book and the appointment is yours. Registration of new guests is possible between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Residential tax is included in price.The host guarantees the return of the advance payment in full, but only for a period of no later than 5 weeks before the agreed arrival date.
