Our studio apartment Novi is located on the ground floor of a family house where there are 2 other apartments. The studio has a kitchen with kitchen utensils, dishes for eating and cooking, a toaster, a kettle, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed that turns into your bedroom in the evening. There is a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk. In the yard there is a barbecue that is available for use by all guests of the house and hosts.

Very nice in clean apartment with wonderful garden! The hostess Ms. Pericic and her daughter Irena were very nice and very helpful! We'll definitely be back next year !!!!

We spent a wonderful week here! The clean apartment with a fantastic sea view, the beautiful garden with barbecue, we liked everything very much! Mrs. Pericic with her daughter Irena were also very nice and friendly! It was the most beautiful apartment we have had in Croatia for over 20 years !!!! We will definitely come back here next year!
