Our family house is located in a very quiet part of Novi Vinodolski near the center. Distance from the beach is 400m, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. We offer comfortable accommodation in apartments for 2-4 people that are categorized with 3. Apartments are newly renovated and fully equipped. In each apartment there is air conditioning, tv, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet and living room, and terrace with sea view. Apartments have separate entrances, each with a secured parking space. We are looking forward to your arrival.

Great apartment with a beautiful view

The accommodation was perfect, own entrance, air conditioning, everything clean and cozy and from the terrace a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk. The owner is very nice and friendly. Peaceful and quiet place. We recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a peaceful holiday.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views

Beautiful, bright and very clean apartment with an extra large balcony and wonderful views of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Krk. The house and the outdoor areas are in a very well-maintained condition. It would be desirable to have insect protection at least on the bedroom window. We were there for 10 days and felt very comfortable. The landlord is very friendly and tries hard without being intrusive. We hope we manage to book this apartment again.

Great place, beautiful view from the terrace of the sea and mountains. Apartments clean and well equipped. In the yard there is a grill available for everyone, close to the center and the beach. The owners are very hospitable and cordial. I recommend highly.

Great Holiday!!

6 day vacation

The vacation I spent with my family was wonderful! The apartment owners are also very polite, non-intrusive, cultural and also friendly. Although the hike to the beach and the city is a little longer, you can always survive ..... There is also a wandering kitten who is curious and loving, and likes to visit new guests ..... we will be happy to come back someday!

Disaster

View from the terrace cut out, sea to the distance and screen two large houses. The interior is clean to the eye but the chairs are dirty, the sofa as well and the worst the constant stench from the sewer which you feel non-stop even after washing the whole apartment. We haven't experienced anything worse in 15 years of going to Croatia. Majutel measured, he was only interested in money !!!

A real vacation ...

We visited the Milivojac family for the first time this year and we hope not the last time, because it was great ... We rested fairly, peace and quiet ... coffee on the terrace overlooking the sea-enchanting ... The hosts welcomed us well and also accompanied us ... it was really great ... A comfortable holiday in Novi Vinodolski

Holidays of my dreams

Beautiful views, which are long in the memory, soothing silence (far from the center), ideal conditions (everything is high, clean, new) and nice owners (Lana, Ana and Marko), whom I cordially greet. Fantastic active holiday with friendly hosts !!!!

Divan accommodation, very clean with a beautiful terrace and more wonderful views of the cre Krk, every morning coffee was uzivancija and satisfaction.
