The registration and residence tax are included in the price. Reservations are made upon the payment of 30% of the total cost for the benefit of bank account landlord. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival. The price includes parking, Wi-Fi, barbecue. Additional payment for the use of air conditioning - 5 euro per day.
