Family house with two fully and modernly equipped apartments (ground floor and first floor) located in a quiet part of town. It is only a few minutes' walk from the city center and a 5-minute walk from the city beach. Apartment 1 has its own terrace, two bedrooms and a living room with a folding couch that can sleep two people if necessary, while Apartment 2 has 3 bedrooms and 4 balconies. Each apartment has two bathrooms and a kitchen with a dining room. A barbecue with a dining area is available to users of both apartments.

Registration and residence tax are included in the price. The reservation is made by paying an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total price to the lessor's giro account. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival. Parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Surcharge for a pet - 6 euros per day. Arrival after 13:00, and departure by 10:00. The price is increased by 30% per night if the stay lasts less than three nights. NOTE Apartment 1 Surcharge for air conditioning - 6 euros per day (1 air conditioner). The accommodation is very good, we felt completely at home. The pictures are completely true to reality. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, so we could run back to the house at any time. The center is approx. 5 minutes easy walk. The view from the rooms facing the sea is beautiful. The owners helped us with all our requests, there were no extra costs. We got what we wanted.

We stayed in a 5 + 2 apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is gorgeous, decorated with love for the smallest details .. best regards Mrs. Viliani! There is more than enough space, we did not even use the living room because there was no need - there is a beautiful large terrace in front of the apartment! The kids especially liked the swing! The view from the terrace is breathtaking! The beach is close, and the center is only 5 minutes on foot. We were especially delighted with the kitchen, which contains all the appliances and supplies you may need - such as scissors, foil, corkscrew .. The hosts are very friendly, Mrs. Viliana is available if a hundred is needed. The children were especially delighted with the turtles in the garden for which they would return again - and we for the wonderful but unfortunately too short 7 days in Novi Vinodolski! Good morning, we just came back from holidays at Viliana. We used the apartment downstairs (5 + 2) The hostess was very nice and helpful, we received a reply to every question. Accommodation very clean and well-equipped the second bedroom (triple) has an outdated photo, in fact, it is beautiful and new. At guests' disposal a beautiful gazebo with grill, large terrace with a swing and Covered parking. About 350 m to the sea, but unfortunately a bit uphill what rewards the beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. Quiet neighborhood and close to the city center. The town is beautiful - life in the evenings in the evening, lasts until late. Perfect Apartments, Fantastic Hosts! We rented the whole house for 3 families and we felt very good. The apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, as there were only three children between 13 and 15 years old and we were comfortably accommodated. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the sea, the beach, the center and the beautiful view. The hosts can only be praised, friendly, direct, hospitable, waiting for us on arrival. A wonderful place for wonderful hosts. Everything as described. Ms. Viliana is a very friendly person, she takes care of her guests very much. Sensational, contact by phone and email, we were informed on a regular basis about everything. A stay for us in the Ježić apartment was a real rest to us! Apartment very clean and equipped with everything you need. (air conditioning, wifi, tv) 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge ... 4 balconies, including 2 with sea view, garden with barbecue, covered parking. Close to the beach and to the center, and at the same time off the beaten track, where peace and quiet. Great, nice people. Apartment clean, spacious, great for families. A beautiful terrace where we spent a lot of time. Children happy because of the turtles in the garden. The apartment is very clean and tidy, and the housekeeper is careful. All the necessary equipment is available. From the rooms you have a great view, the car park is covered in the grill is homey; the child was cared for. It is also spacious for 8 people. The dishwasher is very useful. The perfect location of the house and our huge terrace gave us a great view of the sea and the mountain ranges of the island of Krk. An idyllic picture and mood was sparked by the sight of fishing boats slowly floating in the sun on a sunny morning. Quiet surroundings made the rest of the vacation uninterrupted, the pedestrian street and the beach were a pleasant walk away. The apartment is fully equipped, we did not miss anything. Lovely furniture, modern equipment, a wide variety of vessels, well-kept, beautiful Mediterranean courtyard ... like at home! Our hosts were a very cute "little " family, all - from the booking, through the correspondence to the payment - was done in the correct way, all the same as in the photos with so many modifications that the car park was covered. We recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a small company with a home, but not with a domestic view of a room, a house, a terrace! We spent 1 week here with our family and did not mind that we chose this ... even more.
