The facility is located in a quiet part of town, just a few minutes' walk from the center and ten minutes' walk from the beach. The building has two double rooms and two apartments. The rooms are located on the first floor. Each room has its own bathroom inside the room and a balcony. The rooms are equipped with a double bed and air conditioning. Guests who decide to reserve a room have the option of using the summer kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerators, a kettle and the necessary black and white dishes. Wi-fi, air conditioning, parking and use of the summer kitchen are included in the price. The use of the washing machine is charged HRK 40.00 per wash. The apartments were built and decorated in 2020. Each apartment has parking, a terrace, air conditioning, television with Evo TV, wi-fi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kitchen equipped with an electric stove, hood, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and black and white dishes.

Nicely done, clean and tidy apartment. A very kind hostess, ready to answer all your questions. The apartment had everything and was well equipped with all household items. You can walk to the old town in five minutes. The city center is a ten-minute walk away, with a pedestrian zone full of shops and restaurants. A twenty-minute walk will take you to various beaches - from stone to pebbly. We had a great vacation in Novi Vinodolski.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to the seaside for the weekend, Novi Vinodolski was one of the closer locations, considering that we were only staying Saturday and Sunday, we were just looking for some accommodation to spend the night. This room is located in a large house, 7 minutes walk from the center and 15 minutes to the beach (20 minutes to San Marino beach with an island across the street). The room has excellent air conditioning, although it is very comfortable even without air conditioning, a small balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the city, a bathroom that is not even small, cleanliness and friendliness are at the level. In front of the room is a fridge that is shared with the neighbors, on the ground floor there is a summer kitchen with everything you need (especially a kettle), there is shade in the parking lot. All in all, perfect for a night or two. Matilda is an excellent host, ready with directions to every place and beach and available whenever needed. The only thing is that the city is boring, the beaches are with huge stones that you can barely get into the sea, but there is an excellent large park with deep shade. On the other hand, Crikvenica is close, so it is a better option for young people in the evening.
