Apartment Bionda has an area of approximately 50m2 and consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people, a double bed is located in the bedroom, and in the living room there is a sofa that extends into a bed measuring 160x200cm. The apartment is located in the city center, in its old town, not busy. You are separated from the sea by only 20 steps, and from the central square only about 50 m. The apartment is air conditioned and fully equipped for everyday needs. (LED TV in the living room and in the bedroom, kitchen equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator with freezer, umbrella available, bed linen is changed on a weekly basis) During your stay with us you are provided with a parking ticket in a public parking lot.

Payment and terms

In order for your reservation to be confirmed, it is necessary to pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the total price of your stay, the rest you pay upon arrival at the accommodation. We accept all types of credit cards. Arrival time to the apartment is after 1 pm, and the apartment is vacated by 10 am (unless otherwise agreed). During your stay you are provided (paid) with a parking ticket in the public parking lot.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel the accommodation at any time, we return the advance payment if the cancellation is in the normal time period, then we are not interested and you are not obliged to explain the reason for the cancellation.

Modern and newly renovated apartment

Great location of the apartment, close to shops, restaurants and cafes ... The beach is beautiful with all the accompanying facilities (restaurants, cafes, deck chairs, umbrellas, facilities for children). Mr. Mario extremely kind and accommodating, although we were more than 8 hours late (arrived at 1 after midnight), Mr. Mario greeted us with a cold juice and a wide smile, thank you again.
