The house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and perfect for a vacation. The yard is a barbecue which is available to guests. All apartments are furnished with modern furniture and equipment, have spacious terraces with beautiful views of the sea, air conditioned, and guests are assured internet, WIFI and parking in front of the apartment, as well as direct contact with the owner of the apartment.

The deposit payment of 30% on account, and the rest on arrival. Reservation is via e-mail, and it is considered valid only after payment of the advance. Regular price of accommodation for stays less than 3 nights price is 30%, except for last minute deals. The time of arrival is 14 hours, and departure from the apartment in 10 hours.

We go to Krk every year, but this one was the best so far, because we just chose Zlata apartments. Her welcome alone bought us, she was very kind and always there. We've been to Zlata for the fifth time over the years and love it! From a warm welcome, a sparkling clean apartment, perfect communication by email beforehand to the gigantic view and terrace of the apartment, everything is on offer. Bed linen/towels change of course! The apartment could be cooled well, a fixed parking space is part of it. We spent a nice vacation in Njivice. We felt good at ge.Zlata's place, although at first we thought the apartment was too small and too cramped. Somehow we got used to it over the days. One gets used to everything. But we got a feeling from Mr. Zlate, that in the end she couldn't wait to get rid of us because we didn't leave as clean as maybe she expected us to. We clearly weren't a family by her standards. Well, that's the impression we got. Maybe we're wrong. Lp, all good.

We are/were now the third time at Zlata. She is a kind-hearted woman. She surprises us with cakes and other treats. The apartment is comfortably furnished, always clean, leaves nothing to be desired. Zlata is always available with advice and action should questions arise. Last year (2022) we had to leave earlier due to an emergency. That wasn't a problem either and we even got a part of the travel price back. That was really great. The contact with Goran is always very friendly and reliable. We like Zlata and her family very much.

Very pleasant Mrs. Zlata. The apartment is very well-preserved and cozy with a view of the sea. It is close to the beach, but better to go by car because of the hill. Njivice has a beautiful location, there are shops and restaurants nearby

We spent two wonderful weeks here. The booking went really well. Our vacation had been booked since 2018, unfortunately something came up. We were finally able to do it in 2021. The contact with Mr. Biskup was very friendly and problem-free. Zlata spoiled us with self-picked fruit and delicious cakes. She is a great, dear woman. In the event of problems, she was able to help immediately. The apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. We felt very, very well and received. The area is fantastic. It is only a few minutes to the center. Also highly recommended for families with children. We would love to come back.

We spent an extremely nice holiday in the apartment with Mrs. Zlati. Mrs. Zlata is very friendly and the apartment was very well equipped and clean with a beautiful sea view. The beach is beautiful and also provides a lot of shade in the forest and is not very besieged. You can walk to the town for a 10-minute walk along the coast along the footpath. We can only say excellent and recommend the apartments Zlata in Njivice, where we spent a beautiful vacation.

It was a wonderful vacation with very nice, kind, warm hosts. You don't always have that. We had a really nice apartment that is well maintained and well equipped. With a fantastic view. And if something was missing, we were helped immediately and without any problems. We really liked that. The booking went really well and all of our questions were answered very nicely and helpful. We felt welcome and for that we would like to say a big thank you. We would love to come back to you. There was only one big problem and that was the mosquitoes. In the apartment with Mrs. Zlata we spent a very enjoyable holiday. The apartment is well equipped, everything is new and of good quality. It is very clean everywhere. The property is in a great location, quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Mrs. Zlata is very hospitable and helpful in any situation. We felt at home there. The accommodation was nice, new, clean, the hostess nice, to the sea not far from the hill, but back from the sea, it was worse, it was a long hill. Then we were driving. I'd like to come back here again. We really liked it here

Apartment A4 + 2 great. Spacious, nice and very clean it even smelled. In addition, a large terrace overlooking the sea. Very well equipped kitchen incl. coffee maker, toaster etc. Housekeeping is very nice and helpful. Towels and cloths changed once a week. The beach is near a steep descent 8 minutes, a gentle descent 10 minutes. The beach stretches along the promenade, everyone will find a place The town is not too big but also not too small the center is very nice for afternoon trips, many restaurants and attractions. I recommend and thank you for a nice holiday 😊

Apartments modernly equipped, functional with terraces with a fantastic view of the sea. The owner replies quickly and very specifically to the news. On site the owner very hospitable and nice. Parking spaces for each apartment are numbered. To the beach not far from the steep climb, but the views compensate. Stony beach, on a very long stretch everyone can find a place for themselves. To the city about 1km a beautiful path by the sea - there are many attractions, cafes, a beautiful port lined with white stone, in the season concerts and other cultural events are organized there. In the area many interesting places to visit - Krk, Vrbnik, Baska, Punat, Malinska.
