The price includes everything: check-in and check-out, sojourn tax and all other fees, final cleaning, linen, towels (beach towels are not included), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot and cold water, electricity and parking. There are no additional, hidden costs. If you agree to the rates and conditions listed, please confirm by email and we will send you the details for your deposit. The deposit is 25% of the price and is non-refundable, payable to our bank account. Upon receipt of the payment, we will send you a voucher to confirm your payment. El-Pi TOURS agency from Njivice provides check-in and check-out services, guest book keeping, invoicing, billing and the like. Your apartment key is also there and their staff will escort you to the apartment (if you need one). In the event of a complaint, it will also try to resolve it as soon as possible. The agency also provides money exchange services. The beach is about 250 meters away, and the height of the house is 40 meters above sea level. A slow walk, seven minutes. We are not a seafront, but we consider it an advantage. Along the beach there are bars from which loud music can be heard late into the night, so sleep is difficult. This is not the case with our house, the environment is very quiet. The grocery store is about 500 meters away, while the bakery is 100 meters away. There is a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cres and the Istrian peninsula. Sorry, we cannot accept pets. Free parking is available in front of the property. Please segregate the garbage and properly dispose of it in the bin in front of the house. Also, upon departure, return the keys to the agency and clean the apartment behind you.
