The place is ideal for families with small children and people who want to enjoy the fresh air. The apartments consist of one bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room with kitchen and dining room, balcony and a beautiful spacious terrace which is ideal for morning coffee, and also for evening enjoyment while the fresh air comes from the forest. Thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, it allows accommodation for two additional people. The studio consists of a living room with a bed, dining room and separate kitchen, separate bathroom, and a small covered terrace in front of the entrance (20m2).

When making reservations, an advance payment of 30% of the total cost of accommodation is required. We do not refund the advance payment in case of cancellation of the reservation. Entry into the apartment on the day of arrival is after 2 pm, leaving the apartment on the day of departure is until 10 am. For more than 2 people, an extra bed is charged in the amount of €10 per person/day. The use of air conditioning is charged an additional €5 per day. During the winter months, heating is an additional €10 per day.

The apartment has a bedroom and they put an extra bed in the living room. A large terrace with a view of the trees - this one has enough space and lines to hang towels and bathing suits, and the street-facing balcony from the bedroom was also handy. The beach and the town of Njivice are a 6-minute walk away. The parking lot is right next to the entrance to the apartment. The hosts were friendly, flexible and helpful. Clean, nice and quiet apartment. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The host family is very hospitable and helpful !! There is also a barbecue! All in all a very good price-performance ratio!
