Newly built family house, located above the center in a quiet part of town on a side street. It is about 10 minutes walk from the center and the beach. The house is well insulated, as evidenced by the energy certificate marked B. The apartments are well equipped for your pleasant stay, and have covered terraces with beautiful views of the sea, forest and mountains. Pets on request.

Payment and terms

After concluding the reservation, 30% of the advance payment is paid immediately, and the rest upon arrival. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The arrival of the guest is expected after 14.00, and departure until 10.00. Tourist tax is included in the price, extra bed is charged per day 9 euros. A child who does not use an extra bed pays 5 euros per day. . The price of apartments for use up to 4 days increases by 30 percent.
Residential tax is included in price.

A wonderful vacation!

Very nice appartement

We had a beautiful stay in Njivice . The appartement has everything you need for a holday. Th bedroom ist so quiet and has the best beds we have ever had. Excellent!

This is the best place I ever stayed in Croatia! The owners are very friendly. They baked muffins for our children and helped with all our needs. Told us about places which are nice to see and go to. The apartments are very very clean. Have everything you need, even things we did not expect like hand mixer, sandwich grill and more. I can see the high profesionality in the owners and I respect that. They made my whole family feel like at home. Nice clean beaches are close, it took us about 7 minutes walking.

We've been there for 3 summers in a row and will definetly come back! The area is nice and quiet, owners are very friendly and hospitable. Apartmen is very clean and well-furnished. The wiev is absolutly gorgeous and the beach is around 5 minutes away.

Great place to stay. Quiet, distant from city rush, with large terrace (partly covered by upper flat). Bedroom oriented to the east and terrace to the west. Bakers shop in the street => 100 meters. P.S. building is new with good thermal insulation - no need to start aircon during most of the days
