Detailed description

Three fully equipped apartments in a family house. Each apartment has a separate entrance from the outside. The apartments are located on the first and second floor of the house and each has a covered terrace with a view of the sea. Secured parking space in the garden. Kijac beach is located 600 m from the property and has a beautiful promenade along the sea in the direction of Njivica or Malinsko. Perfect for light recreation and family, hiking or cycling. The facility is located on a hill and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Payment and terms
If you decide to make a reservation, you need to pay an advance payment in the amount of 10% of the total price of the accommodation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment. The ideal time of arrival is 2 p.m., while departure is mandatory by 10 a.m. The price in the price list refers to the use of the apartment for 1 night and the number of fixed beds in the apartment. The price of using one extra bed is 5 euros / night.
Residential tax is included in price.

Excellent accommodation

Wonderful views from the terrace. Clean and fully equipped apartment. The host is kind and hospitable. We got the same thing we saw in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood.
