The apartments are located on the first and second floor of the house and each has a covered terrace with a view of the sea. Secured parking space in the garden. Kijac beach is located 600 m from the property and has a beautiful promenade along the sea in the direction of Njivica or Malinsko. Perfect for light recreation and family, hiking or cycling. The facility is located on a hill and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

If you decide to make a reservation, you need to pay an advance payment in the amount of 10% of the total price of the accommodation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment. The ideal time of arrival is 2 p.m., while departure is mandatory by 10 a.m. The price in the price list refers to the use of the apartment for 1 night and the number of fixed beds in the apartment. The price of using one extra bed is 5 euros / night.

Everything is clean and well-kept. The building is located on a hill, which offers beautiful views of the entire bay and evening sunset.
