It contains a modern kitchen and two toilets with a bathroom, and the spacious garden is perfect for socializing with a grill. The location is quiet, and in the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as a market with fresh fruits and vegetables and a bakery. Also, the historic town of Nin is only a ten-minute drive away, and Zadar is about 30 minutes away. The beach, which is a two-minute walk away, is a beautifully landscaped pebble beach, and a ten-minute drive separates you from the sandy beaches in Vrsi or Nin.
