The family house is located in the beautiful, quiet village of Vrsi Mulo, which is 20 km from Zadar and 5 km from the royal town of Nin, and about 2.5 hours drive from Zagreb. Two apartments are for rent, located on the first floor of the house. Each apartment has a sea view, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two balconies, a private parking space in front of the house, WiFi, air conditioning, ... The pebble beach of Mulo is only 200 m down the street, on the beach there are facilities for children and adults (a park for children, cafe bars, beach volleyball, restaurants, rental of umbrellas and deck chairs, pedal boats, jet skis, ...). Other beaches (sandy, rocky and pebble) are also nearby, the sandy beach Ričina (two beach bars, volleyball in the shallows, ...), the idyllic pebble Duboka Draga surrounded by rocks from which young people enjoy jumping into the crystal clear sea, a large pine forest with a promenade and beaches by the sea with natural shade for those who love peace, quiet and untouched nature. Shops, butcher's, bakery, market, ... less than 5 minutes walk.

To reserve an apartment, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30%. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. On the day of arrival, the apartment is at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. (check-in), on the day of departure, the apartment is vacated by 10:00 a.m. (check-out). Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as well as WiFi and use of air conditioning. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, but it is allowed on the balconies. We do not accept pets!
Residential tax is included in price.The reservation of the apartment can be canceled no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival. In this case, the full amount of the advance payment for the reservation will be returned to you.

In addition to visiting the beautiful Zadar and the royal town of Nin, for day trips you have the option of visiting nearby national parks, Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park, Kornati National Park, boat trips to the nearby archipelago, visits to the islands of Silba, Pag, Vir,... swimming in the Zrmanja River and enjoying the Zrmanja Canyon where the legendary western Winnetou was filmed.
