The family house is located in the wonderful, quiet town of Vrsi Mulo, which is 20 km from Zadar and 5 km from the royal city of Nin, and about 2.5 hours' drive from Zagreb. Two apartments are for rent located on the first floor of the house. Each apartment has a view of the sea, a dishwasher, a washing machine for goods, two balconies, a private parking space in front of the house, WiFi, air conditioning,... The nearest beach is the pebble beach Mulo, 200m away down the street, where there are facilities for children and adults (park for children, coffee bars, beach volleyball, restaurants, rental of umbrellas and sunbeds, pedal boat, jet ski,...). Other beaches (sandy, rocky and pebble) are also nearby. For children and young people, I would single out the favorite pedestrian beach Ričina (two beach bars, volleyball in the shallows) and the idyllic pebble Duboka Draga surrounded by rocks from which young people enjoy jumping into the crystal clear sea. And there is a large pine forest with a promenade and beaches by the sea with natural shade for those who love peace, quiet and untouched nature.

To reserve an apartment, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30%. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. On the day of arrival, the apartment is at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. (check-in), on the day of departure, the apartment is vacated by 10:00 a.m. (check-out). Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as well as WiFi and use of air conditioning. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, but it is allowed on the balconies. We do not accept pets!
Residential tax is included in price.The reservation of the apartment can be canceled no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival. In this case, the full amount of the advance payment for the reservation will be returned to you.
