We stayed with them in June 2024. The apartment is clean, the surroundings are quiet. They had everything we needed. The beach is 100m from the apartment. Our 4 year old really enjoyed it here. Plus there is also a shower outside where you can wash off the sand when you come back from the beach. You park inside the ramp. The only minus is the mosquitoes in the apartment because there is no net on the windows.

Communication with Mr. Nino was trouble-free. The apartment is clean, fragrant, very quiet location on the outskirts of the city, but at the same time close to the center. A few dozen meters to the beach. Behind the house, a gazebo with a barbecue area, deckchairs, and a parking lot belonging directly to the apartment. The apartment was equipped with all necessary equipment. Bicycles are available for guests - a big plus! Take a few clothes with you and just come, feel at home and enjoy your stay! I highly recommend it if you are still wondering!

We stayed at Mr. Nina's place for the first time and were positively surprised by the accommodation... firstly, the apartment literally corresponds to the pictures.. clean.. neat.. spacious and beautifully and well decorated... parking inside the courtyard with a ramp The kitchen is equipped with spices, liquid + sponges and other cleaning products ... and all the necessary things for food preparation, quality dishes like new ... toaster, mixer and dishwasher in the kitchen ... comfortable beds with memory mattresses and a huge storage space for clothes....the bathroom is just spacious with a washing machine that worked every day...a nice closed terrace although it was hot due to the outside conditions to stay...but that's why there is a gazebo in the yard with a small beautiful garden plus grill....ironing board and iron....g. Nino cordial and professional in communication..Mrs. Albina, who welcomed us, was also warm and helpful... In short, we felt like home, except that we also had a beach 50 m from the apartment... This is the best apartment where my family and I stayed (and we were in a lot of them) ... It is fully equipped with everything you need for life, from irons, ironing tables, dishwashers, stick mixer ... Everything is new , clean and tidy ... Communication with Mr. Nin is excellent, with the hostess Albina also ... The beach (large, sandy) is a minute walk from the apartment, the center of Nin is about 20 minutes walk (a special and too cute little town) .. . Praise! We will definitely come some more time!
