Apartments Mikica are located in the village of Zukve, first row to the sea, 3 km from the town of Nin and 15 km from Zadar. There are two apartments in the house. The larger one is located on the first floor, consists of two bedrooms with three beds each, a living room with a three-seater, kitchen, toilet with shower, satellite TV, air conditioning, overlooks the sea and has two connected terraces of 17 and 8 m2, one covered with deckchairs and a parasol. The smaller apartment is on the ground floor with a living-bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining room, and a covered and garden terrace, with a direct view of the Bay of Nin. The apartments are fully equipped and prepared with bed linen. In the garden there is a grill, shower and sunbeds. From the garden there is direct access to the sea promenade and the beach. At a distance of 50 m on one side there is a pebble beach, and on the other side a beautiful completely sandy beach. The house is separated from the rest. In order to reserve an apartment, you need to pay a reservation fee of 30 percent of the total price of the night. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Tourist tax is included in the price. The use of air conditioning is not charged. You can enter the apartment at 3 p.m., and there is a possibility of earlier entry if the apartment is ready. We spent a very nice and relaxing holiday here. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped and it is clean. The landlords are very friendly, without being intrusive. Our boat had a buoy in front of the house.

For the third consecutive year we have spent a great holiday in both apartments, we have 10 people together. Now we have already got used to the beautiful terrace in the shade in front of the apartment and near the sea. I recommend to all who do not like to load all the craters to the beach. You simply get down the stairs from the terrace and you're in the sea :) Marijana and Mikica are very helpful and take care of everything!

We spent the first holiday with a baby (1 year) in the second part of June in apartment A3. The apartment is cozy, with all the equipment you need, even the iron is waiting for you on the shelf and to our surprise (a bar mixer). The terrace with its sea view is gorgeous, dotted with all Mediterranean greenery and, of course, evening view of the sunset. The terrace in front of the apartment has enough shade, which is, for a family with small children, more than welcome. If you need to swim, you just go down the stairs and in the sea, otherwise left or right for a couple of minutes and you're on a sandy beach. We have a lot of research around (Island Zečevo, Nin, Island Vir, Ričina beach ...) so that everything is really enough. For a pleasant stay, however, they took care of course, also lovely and more than a careful owner. We finished our vacation with nice impressions and we are happy to return.

We spent a lovely holiday, the apartment is super equipped. We are for small children to walk to the beach with fine sand, pribl.100m far away, you can swim practically from the apartment, just a few steps must be traversed. Shower front of the house, a big plus! As for the noise mentioned by the guest of the apartment A3, I hope that was not the fault of our toddlers. It is true that one could hear young people on the street late at night, but - because the holiday! Me and my this kind of noise does not bother.

Before you decide to stay in appartments Mikica, request additional photos. In the ad, two apartments for which we are initially interested and agreed when we arrived, we stayed in the room - Studio. The location is quite noisy, so I recommend it to those who are accustomed to a vibrant and noisy lifestyle. Bathing recommend that you drive a few kilometers to where the water is cleaner and more warm.

A nice apartment, clean and well-equipped. The owner is very nice and friendly. The apartment is recommended for families with small children - in front of the apartment has plenty of natural shade for a quick jump into the water, the sea 10 meters away, near the beach also, for evening walks in the beautiful promenade along the sea to the nearby town of Zaton.

I highly recommend this apartman (A6) for everyone, especially for families with kids! Great location, clean, very well equipped accommodation with a very nice, helpful owner and her friend. There are sunny and shady porches around the apartment. The see is only 10 meters away and the rooms overlook the see, with no house in front of it. The house is also located next to the public beach (of course you have to have a swim in front of the house as well), good parking places for the cars, just a short walk to the center of Zaton.
