Lucija apartments are located in a family vacation home located in Sabunica, near Kraljica beach, quiet sunny street (direction SJ) in a tourist resort ideal for families with small children. The house is 300 m away from the long sandy beach with shallow and warm sea and long promenade and large children's playground, and 3 mins from the center of the town with a shop and small placem. In the resort there is a hotel, two restaurants and two coffee shops next to the beach. We rent two large two-bedroom and one one-bedroom apartments that are modernly equipped and have a view of the garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartments have a separate entrance, a large terrace, modern rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room with a sofa. Air conditioning, SAT TV, internet and sojourn tax are included in the price as well as secured parking in the garden. Possibility of using a barbecue in the garden as well as outside shower.

Entry into the apartment is after 14 h, leaving the apartment for up to 10 h. A final cleaning is ensured. Secure bedding, basic towels and dishes are provided. Advance booking confirmation is 30% of the total price. If the reservation is canceled 60 days prior to the arrival date we will return the advance in full.

We spent two weeks here with my family and I can honestly say that both the location and the apartment are a big plus. Peace and quiet, very nice owners. Sabunike is extremely quiet. From the terrace you can see beautiful sunsets over the island of Vir. A great place to relax and an ideal starting point for those who like traveling around the area. I would highly recommend!
