The town of Vrsi is located on the peninsula of the same name in the extreme northwestern part of northern Dalmatia, about 20 km away from Zadar and about 5 km away from the oldest Croatian royal city of Nin. Vrsi is adorned with a beautiful coast about 34 km long, rich in natural beaches and coves suitable for swimming or simply for relaxing in silence far from urban centers. There are also 2 islets Mišjak and Zečevo. The islet of Zečevo is particularly interesting because during low tide it turns into a peninsula, and the tide turns it into an island. On that islet there is also the church of Our Lady of Rabbits, to which the faithful make a pilgrimage every year on May 5 and August 5. Who likes to enjoy untouched nature, beautiful beaches, a quiet environment without much crowd, this is one of the ideal tourist destinations. The following attractive beaches are located within 3 km: the sandy beach of Jasenovo, the unique fine pebble Duboka Draga, the predominantly sandy beach (with some pebbles) Sv. Jakov and a number of other, smaller beaches.

My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days in the studio apartment Maja, our choice was more than great! The accommodation is very clean, spacious, the view from the balcony is just like in the pictures. Apartments Maja are located in a quiet location, and yet close to all amenities that are desirable on vacation .. a big plus is that they also receive pets .. the hosts are very friendly and sympathetic, they helped us in everything .. from vacation we returned happy, satisfied and sleepy .. we recommend to families who want to escape from the crowds and take a break from everyday life .. All praise to the wonderful and hardworking people who made us feel at home!
