Cancellation by the Lessee(1) The Lessee is entitled to cancel the contract before the beginning of the rental period. This withdrawal must be received by the lessor in writing. (2) If the lessee withdraws from the contract, he has to pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the lessor and the lost profit in the following amount: up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price - otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100 % of the rental price.
