Family friendly apartments which are the nearest apartments to the longest sandy beach in Croatia! Each apartment has private kitchen, private bath room, living room, bedroom and private balcony. One large bed in bedroom, plus a sofa couch which opens into a bed in the living room. Air condition (or heating) is available in all apartments for free. We offer one free parking space for each apartment. Outdoor rustic wood burning bbq barbeque grill. We also have a caffe bar with direct view onto beach, with coffee, beer, wine, mix drinks, and fast foods. Our beach is famous for family with young children, as well as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and other wind water sports. We also offer : -- FREE WiFi WLan -- FREE usage of adult and child kayaks. -- FREE usage of wood or gas grill. -- FREE outdoor shower. -- In season, you will receive free grapes and figs. -- Also available, HOMEMADE Wine, Rakija Schnapps, Cured meats. Reservations deposits are sent via bank transfer. The remaining payment can also be paid via bank transfer 4 days before your arrival, or you can pay in cash.. upon arrival. All amounts in euros. CHECK-IN time is after 15:00 (but sometimes can be sooner) CHECK-OUT time is always before 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days before arrival, you receive 100% refund. If you cancel your reservation 7 to 13 days before arrival, you receive 50% refund. If you cancel your reservation 0 to 6 days before arrival, you receive no refund.

Happy memories

Michael and his family were wonderful hosts. The accommodation is ideal for a perfect family holiday, kite surf trip or remote work. The internet was great and the air-conditioner was pleasant. We have only happy memories of Nin, the beaches, surrounding areas and food. The BBQ facilities were great too! BBQ utensils were eagerly provided by our hosts and fresh fish was about 1km away. We felt a sense of community, because we were well taken care of and provided for.
