Dear guests, our vacation is a bit special. We are a secluded house, surrounded by natural greenery and olive trees. With us you have peace, the distance from the main road is 1.5 km, and from the center of Nerezine 3 km. At your disposal as guests is a spacious parking lot, a wide area in front of the apartment (200 square meters) where your children can stay freely and carefree. You also have an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a table with a bench and chairs under the shade of reeds where you can have breakfast outside in peace. You can buy our homemade olive oil and liqueurs here. We love animals and your pets are welcome. If you like a somewhat "wild" environment, if you don't mind sheep walking in front of the apartment in the evening and waiting for you to throw a piece of bread or vegetables to them, if you don't mind cats lying on the surrounding walls, if you like wide space, then this is the right place for your. Only our family lives here and we will do our best to advise you where the most beautiful beaches and restaurants are, in order to make your stay as beautiful and pleasant as possible.

Rocky beach Near our house is a trekking path that leads to the top of our small mountain Osoršćica (588m), which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding islands, so you have the option of hiking in the morning on the same day (1 hour ascent on foot). and then swim in the sea (the nearest beach is 6 minutes away by car). In the town of Nerezine you have a shop, a pizzeria, restaurants, pastry shops and cafes, a hardware store and souvenir shops. We also have a 500-year-old Franciscan monastery, a pharmacy and a tourist clinic. There is also the possibility of renting boats. The town of Mali Lošinj is 16 km from us and has a really rich and varied offer of content and entertainment for all tastes. Various beaches, from pebbly to rocky, especially clear sea, a wide selection of boat trips to nearby islands, a wide range of shops and restaurants. Lots of cycling and walking trails and the beautiful Čikat pine forest, various sports facilities and outdoor recreation. Apoksiomen Museum and evening music on Lošinj square.
The location of the property is perfect for those looking to escape the city and find a little bit of peace. Olive groves, sheep, crickets, walking trails and beautiful beaches nearby will fascinate all lovers of nature. We also especially liked the local cat Teodore who become our cat for the week. Everything is on an especially high level, from the apartment itself to the hospitality of our hosts. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
