The apartment is fully equipped, with its own parking, has a view of the sea, two terraces, one with a barbecue in the garden, while the other terrace is on the very roof of the building, from where there is a beautiful view of the entire Molunat and the islands. The apartment is air-conditioned and all guests have free internet access. Guests have access to a swimming pool with deckchairs on the sea in front of the apartment.

Very nice holiday in the pre-season

We were touched by the warmth of the hosts. We enjoyed the quiet and the view of the bay. The price-performance ratio of the clean and well-stocked apartment fit (6 people). The shopping nearby was enough for daily needs. The Lacana restaurant nearby offers great service.

A fantastic place to relax by the sea ... a terrace with a view of a million dollars. And the hosts ... that's a story for themselves. Flash of memories

Staying in Molunat (though short - 5 days) was a real pleasure. Although I do have to mention, a returnee to this wonderful city (once as a child, and now an adult with my family) will not be biased if I said Molunat rays that same beauty as in past times. Accommodation in Villa Riva was very pleasant and the hospitality and kindness of the Milosevic family is commendable. Close to beach and shops is certainly an advantage for those who are fleeing with small children, which was my case. For the rest there are other activities, such as: the proximity of the island - a short boating, diving club, close to Konavle, Gruda, Dubrovnik, Herceg Novi what are certainly the city worth visiting, what will you kindly owners certainly worth noting. For each recommendation is stay at Villa Riva in a beautiful oasis of Cavtat.
