I am renting apartments in a small town (Metajna) on the island of Pag. The apartments are inside a family house, and the business is run by a family. The house has 7 apartments, and is located first row to the sea. Parking, a gas grill in the yard, 2 canoes and a beach in front of the house are at guests' disposal. As a host who runs a family business, I am well-acquainted with the offer of the island of Pag, as well as the wider surrounding area, and I am happy to help organize your day trips - visiting interesting localities, recommending restaurants, beaches, sports facilities, cycling/trekking routes, boat rental, etc. Metajna is a smaller place, but only 15 minutes from Novalja (12km). There are 2 beaches right next to each other in the town itself. It also has a nice promenade (4km) that goes along the sea and is ideal for walking and recreation.
