Apart-house Galapagus, first row to the sea, western part of Metajna. It is adequately equipped for the ***+ category! Suitable for a family with 1-3 children. Additional bed is charged €10/night. Ideal for guests who do not want a lot of people around them on the beach. You can leave the sunbeds on the beach overnight. Peaceful rest is offered 24 hours a day. You only need a minute from the apartment to the lounger on the beach (with shower). Every family has enough space on the beach. Half the beach is shaded by tamarisk trees. Very convenient for the elderly. The beach, east of the house, is also available for pets. The host offers a waterfront and 4 buoys for mooring boats and scooters. These are always visible to their owner. In the garage you can store various props for the beach, strollers, bicycles, scooters, motor wheels, umbrellas, etc... There are 2 mini markets, 4 restaurants/pizzerias and cafes nearby. Day or night entertainment is in the center of Novalja and on Zrče beach (8 km). For walks and tracking, there are walkways and paths. (Tracking paths, Mars 1,2 and 3)

Payment and terms
DEPOSIT is mandatory, 20% of the price. The rest, upon arrival, in cash or net banking to the host's bank account. THE DAILY FEE IS NOT INCLUDED. The bill depends on the number of children aged 12 - 18 (€0.75/day) and how many adults have come (€1.5/day). Early departure is possible only in free parking! ENTRY into the apartment only after cleaning, most often from 12.00 - 1.00 PM. LEAVE THE APARTMENT by 10.00 AM. FINAL CLEANING is charged. €7 for apartment. 1/2 and 10€ for apartment. 1/4. First minute (November, December, January, February) there is no surcharge on the displayed price. AUXILIARY BED, charged €7/day, for everyone older than 3 years. CHILDREN'S Crib free of charge. PET-dog, charged €7/day. It is necessary to bring a bed for the dog. WiFi, AC, parking, grill, boat mooring, no extra charge. Do not write inquiries if there are 6 or fewer days of vacancy in addition to your chosen appointment (see availability calendar-white). Last minute, up to 10% cheaper than the regular price.
Residential tax is not included in price.

1. 100% refund up to 30 days before the announced arrival, minus bank transfer. 2. 50% refund up to 20 days before the announced arrival, minus bank transfer. 3. 30% refund up to 15 days before the announced arrival, minus bank transfer. 4. 0% for cancellation in less than 14 days from the announced arrival!

Due to corona regulations, guests are immediately directed to the corresponding apartment. Help with luggage, if necessary. Free parking for car and boat trailer as well as boat mooring. We provide all requested information 24 hours a day. It is possible to rent smaller dinghies and boats from 5 - 50 hp. Organized excursions are offered inside the bay as well as external ones to Kornati or Lošinj, Sušk, etc. Within a radius of 3 km, on foot or by car, there are other beaches characteristic of this island. It has a special coastal promenade as well as several tracking tracks. You can arrange breakfast at a reasonable price. Service in your apartment or on the host's terrace.
