Payment and terms
After the inquiry about the accommodation, we send the guest an offer with bank account details to which the guest pays an advance payment of 50% of the total price for the accommodation no later than 5 days after the confirmation of the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival at the Resort. On the day of arrival, the guest pays the residence tax and a refundable deposit of EUR 100 in cash at the reception. Check-in in the season from 15.06.-15.09. is from 15:00-19:30. Check-in in the off-season is from 11:00-15:30. Reception opening hours in the off-season are from 08:00 to 16:00. The reception is closed on weekends and holidays.
Residential tax is not included in price.
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge no later than 14 days before arrival. The advance payment collected is returned to his account.
