The apartment is 50m2 in size. It consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen connected to the living room, entrance area and balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor in a building with several apartments and has a parking space in front of the building. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and a bed for two adults in the living room. The entire apartment, especially the kitchen and bathroom, are equipped with all the necessary appliances and items for a pleasant stay. The price at which the apartment is rented includes: stay in the apartment, all costs for electricity, water, air conditioning, all tourist taxes, bed linen, sheets, towels and all kitchen equipment and dishes. Food and meals are not included and there is no possibility of additional payment for food or meals. The building is located in a quiet street, without much noise. Nearby there are several restaurants, cafes and travel agencies, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, drugstore, bakery, ATM. The city center is about 500m away, the main beach is about 1000m away

If the guest wants to reserve the apartment, a mandatory deposit payment is required within 3-5 days after the agreement with the landlord. The deposit is 30% of the total amount. The remaining amount is paid on the day of arrival. Rocky beach Near the apartment, about 200m away, there is a small peninsula of Vižula, there are several smaller, unkempt, wild beaches. Vižula is also a historical-archaeological site and there you can see the remains of buildings from Roman times. Medulin is 7 km from Pula and is a good starting point for exploring the region. Various points of interest can be found especially in Pula, here in Vodnjan, Banjole, Pomer, Premantura or Ližnjan. The Kamenjak Nature Park is particularly interesting, where there are dinosaur footprints, unique orchids and over 20 bays and beaches with crystal clear sea. There are more than 10 islands in the Medulin archipelago, which can be visited on various excursions. the lessor does not provide or organize any additional activities, excursions, etc. pets are not allowed.
We have been to Mr. Koren twice in 2016 and 2018, and everything was always great, just like now. Clean apartment, friendly welcome in the apartment, cold mineral water, ice cream. The owner is kind as always. Nice Istrian gifts on departure. I recommend
