Fully equipped apartments are located 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. They are surrounded by a large garden and cypresses. They have private parking with automatic doors. Apartment 4+ 1 has two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The apartment has 2 terraces and a gazebo with barbecue which is available to guests of both apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Apartment 2 has a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, terrace and gazebo Both apartments have TV-SAT and Wi-fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and apartment 4 1 also has a washing machine . Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price and are changed weekly.

Very nice, ground floor, central but still quiet apartment. The apartment is fully equipped, but if something is still missing, the landlady is always available. The apartment can easily be occupied by 2 adults and 2 children, there is space to play inside and on the large terrace. Parking is available on the fenced premises Grocery store 1 minute walk away. Local restaurant (Konoba Willi) right across the street. Pebbly beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Can only recommend the apartment and the landlord.

From the initial communication related to the reservation of accommodation until the last moment of our stay in Villa Jelena, we felt very welcome. The owners of the villa are very kind and helpful - willing to give recommendations and gladly respond to any request. Accommodation fully corresponds to the description on the site. Very close to the beach and yet far enough away from the crowds. There is a children’s playground nearby, as well as a shop and a bakery. The apartment is equipped with care and taste, clean and tidy. The details make the man feel comfortable. Enough space to store things. Beautiful yard, full of beautiful flowers. In the yard there is parking for a car. All praise for the kitchen equipment - dishwasher and everything you need for it, enough dishes, kitchen towels and everything else needed for normal functioning. All in all, all recommendations for accommodation and praise for the owners.

We stayed here 2 weeks, 2 adults and a 13 year old girl. The apartment has everything you need, the area is quiet and close to the sea, or, as for us, an excellent base for nearby beaches that can be reached by car. Marina is a delightful host, very helpful. We highly recommend it!

Intimate, cozy apartment in an excellent location, hosts received us with a full heart and kind of hospitality. The accommodation was very pleasant, upon arrival, a lot of things they prepared, awaited us, dish soap, hand towels, sponges, dish clothes, etc. All the technical equipment worked perfectly, fully equipped and clean apartment. The room size is nice, plenty of space. Beautiful garden, relaxing, shady terrace. The beach and the harbor, Medulin is also very close. Restaurants, stores are few steps away. We highly recommend it to everyone because it is super place . Dear Marina, we'll see you again next year.

They sent prepayment on time, arrived at the time they said they would, took care of my apartment and things in it, their children were so well-behaived, polite, and above all , they were so likable, that it was real pleasure to have them as guests. When they left the apartment was in perfect state. This way I want to thank them, and I certainly hope that we will meet again.
