We were the first time in this apartment and in this area. The apartment was a dream: good facilities, great terrace and very clean. To the sea you could not see directly, as a block of flats was built, but it did not bother us in any way. To the beach (rocky) it was only 2 minutes on foot. The sea is a dream, crystal and clean. Unfortunately, we had an autopanne and had to stay a couple of days longer. Simon, the landlord has been looking for a new accommodation for us. We would love to stay here again Very warmly thank you for your hospitality! We would definitely like to come back and recommend this apartment!

So far, the best apartment where we were. Modern furnished, all appliances, huge terrace, just a few steps from the beach, the city only 10 minutes to the view from the terrace can speak ..... I recommend to all !!!!

5 of 5 stars! Very nice place to stay, fully equipped (with a dish washer, it would have been perfect), comfortable, with a nice terrace, garden, sea view and near the beach. Only 15-20 minutes (walk) away from the restaurants and the Medulin sand beach . The owner and his wife were absolutely great. We highly recommand the Erzen apartments! Thierry / Strasbourg, France

First of all, the booking, the communication between us and the owner, and finally the payment went without any hassle. This was our first great impression. Then, when we arrived, finding the apartment was a bit tricky (the whole area is filled with new, astonishing little buildings - great zone of town), but the owner helped on phone. The building is very tidy, the apartment was clean (as almost we would have stepped into a totally new place), the furnitures are new, modern, including all extra stuff (kitchenware, washing machine, air conditioner...etc.)... all in all, it can not measure up to some previous experiences. Ceja is great and it is optimal for younger people and for families as well. The windows close out the slightest party sounds of the town. The terrace has a gorgeous view of the surroundings. WiFi is available (don't expect fast HD streams from Youtube however, haha!), two parking space is available in the garden (shared with the apartment below), but there is a parking lot just beyond after the fence, so if any extra car is present (due to a 6 person stay, for example) you could see your car 20m from the terrace. The sea is literally 100m away, which means a 2 minute walk down to the rocky beach (which is IMO the greatest along the coastline), and the town center is also not too far (1,5~2 km, 15 minutes of walk along the coast). The owner was very helpful, he is always in the vicinity, so anything question arises, he could help you. We were there with 6 adult person, which is still manageable (but dont expect too much about the convertible double sofa in the living room). All in all, the modern outlook, the clean and exceptionally prepared rooms guaranteed a pleasure stay in Medulin. The apartment is a great-great value for its price!
