It is 3 km away from the first largest town in Martinšćica where there is a shop, a doctor and an ATM. It is a country house with a garden with barbecue and olive grove and is only 100 m away from the beautiful beach. Near the house there is a restaurant and a shop is only a 10-minute walk away. The house consists of one spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with double bed and extra bed, and a living room with a sofa bed where two people can sleep. It is a comfortable accommodation for 4-6 people. Guests have free Wi-Fi. Close to the house is a secured parking place without charge. Pets are not allowed. Arrival is possible every day.
