The town of Stivan is located on the island of Cres, 5 km from the Cres-Lošinj main road in the direction of Martinšćica. The distance from Meraščica cove is about 800 meters as the crow flies. It takes about 5 minutes by car to reach the cove where there is a parking lot and 15 minutes on foot. The bay of Merašćica is partly sandy and rocky. From the bay of Merašćica, it is about 2 km of walking along the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of a semi-detached building. Part of the building does not have permanent residents, and in the part of the building where the apartment on the ground floor is located, the owner stays for a short period of time, mainly during the arrival and departure of guests.
