Everything was as it says in the ad, and that's how we were greeted, the owners don't bother us during our vacation. Ideal for a holiday with children, everything is close by, the location is excellent, the sea is beautifully clean, the city too. It has everything on offer. We stayed in studio for a week and we were very happy with everything. Communication with Jasminka was very fast, she was responsive to out emails and during our stay her son took care of the surrondings of the house and was avalible for our questions and tourist hints about good restaurants and beaches. Very close to our apartment was a really good restaurant called Bracera, we had 3 minutes to the grocery store and not more than 10 minutes to the center and the beach. The pictures of the studio and the building are completely accurate, everything was clean and we felt comfortable during our staying. There was no air conditioner but there was a ventilator on the ceiling and we could manage the heat. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to spend their holiday on a quiet street, within a short distance to the beach, Malinska center, a good restaurant and the grocery store.

Our family of four had the pleasure to host the apartment in July 2017. The perfect place for people who value peace and quiet, far from loud parties and the hustle and bustle. A close distance to the beach, shops and marinas. Clean and functional rooms. We did not lack anything. It is true that a small parking lot and little space next to the facility, but opposite is a small playground for children. A place worth recommending.
