The apartment house Villa Futura is located a few minutes' walk from the pebble beach of Rova, in a quiet location, in a dead-end street. The apartment is 100 m2 in size and has three bedrooms (double), two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). The kitchen is connected to the dining room and living room and to the balcony or terrace. Next to the house is a larger covered parking lot and a smaller swimming pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. There is an outdoor charcoal grill next to the pool. The price includes the use of air conditioning (which is in all rooms and is regulated separately), Weber electric grill, WiFI, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, parking (1) and final cleaning. On the last day of vacation, it is preferable for guests to leave the apartment by 10 a.m., and the arrival of new guests is from 3 p.m. onwards. It is also possible otherwise if there are possibilities and on the basis of a previous agreement.
